摘 要:创新创业是基于创新成果和知识产权保护的活动,但在“双创”升级和高职院校“双高计划”建设背景下,高等职业院校的知识产权教育发展明显落后于创新创业教育。通过剖析高职院校“双创”教育与知识产权教育现状的不足,提出应将知识产权教育融入创新创业教育体系中,并参照“专利代理师”等职业资格标准与能力要求,科学制定创新人才培养目标、完善课程体系构建、加强师资队伍建设及创新教学方式方法,以提升教育的实效性。Innovation and entrepreneurship are activities based on innovation achievements and intellectual property protection.However,under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” upgrading and “double high-level plan” construction of vocational colleges,the development of intellectual property education in vocational colleges is obviously slower than that of innovation and entrepreneurship education.By analyzing the current problems of “entrepreneurship and innovation” education and intellectual property education in vocational colleges,it is proposed that intellectual property education should be integrated into the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,and that according to the professional qualification standards and ability requirements such as “patent agent”,the training objectives of innovative talents should be scientifically formulated,the curriculum system should be improved,the construction of teaching staff should be strengthened and the teaching methods should be innovated,so as to improve the effectiveness of education.
