摘　　要：当前高职院校教师队伍建设存在数量不足、高技能人才补充困难、管理制度和激励机制不健全等问题。辽宁轨道交通职业学院通过组建团队、健全机制、多措并举等措施,建设了一支高素质的创新型师资队伍,推动了教育教学改革。At present,there are some problems in the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient quantity,difficulty in replenishing high-skilled talents,and imperfect management system and incentive mechanism.It has built a team of high-quality and innovative teachers and promoted the reform of education and teaching by organizing the team,improving the mechanism and taking multiple measures in Guidao Jiaotong Polytechnic Institute.
