摘 要:促进学生身心和谐发展,并为学生未来的幸福健康奠定良好基础,是教育的重要目标。对初中生综合幸福感进行调查,并采用基于积极心理学理论和方法的团体辅导技术探索初中生综合幸福感培养的可用路径,结果发现:初中生综合幸福感总体水平良好;相对于对照组和空白组,基于积极心理学的幸福感班级团体辅导显著提升了初中生主观幸福感和自我价值。Promoting the harmonious physical and mental development of students and laying a good foundation for a happy and healthy future is an important goal of education. The researcher investigated the comprehensive well-being of junior high school students and used group counseling techniques based on positive psychology theories and methods to explore the available pathways for the development of comprehensive well-being of junior high school students. The results show: the overall level of junior high school students’ comprehensive well-being is good;Compared with the control group and the blank group, the well-being class group counseling based on positive psychology significantly can improve the junior high school students’ subjective well-being and self-value.
