摘 要:选取四家分享经济平台企业作为研究对象,基于社会交换理论,利用MAXQDA软件对资料进行三级编码和提炼,并依据“赋能—价值共创—赋能”的逻辑构建赋能和价值共创动态理论模型,探究赋能与价值共创间的关系作用机制及案例间的差异。研究发现:企业中赋能主体与客体在互动中组成赋能体系;赋能是价值共创的重要前提;价值共创反作用于赋能过程,赋能与价值共创呈现迭代螺旋式发展的动态关系。研究结论对分享经济平台企业赋能与价值共创间内在动态关系逻辑的全面理解及可持续竞争优势的获得具有参考价值。This study selects four sharing economy platform companies.According to“the logic of empowerment-value co-creation-empowerment”,a dynamic theoretical model of empowerment and value co-creation is constructed to explore the relationship between empowerment and value co-creation and the difference among the cases.The research finds that the empowered subject and object in the enterprise form an empowerment system in the interaction;empowerment is an important prerequisite for value co-creation;value co-creation reacts to the empowerment process,and empowerment and value co-creation present a dynamic relationship of iterative spiral development.The research conclusions of this paper have reference values for a comprehensive understanding of the internal dynamic relationship between enterprise empowerment and value co-creation on the sharing economy platform and the acquisition of sustainable competitive advantages.
