基于SPOC的“食品毒理学”课程教学及评价设计

摘　　要：为促进教学模式改革和提升教学效果,“食品毒理学”课程组结合实际情况重新规划教学内容,引入中国大学大规模在线开放课程(MOOC)平台资源,构建了基于小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)的“食品毒理学”线上线下混合式教学模式,并采取了突出培养学生实践能力的多元化考核评价方法,实施线上线下多方位评价体系。从线上线下混合式教学设计及多元化考核评价体系2个方面进行介绍,以期为“食品毒理学”的教学及评价提供参考。In order to promote teaching reform and improve teaching effect,“food toxicology”course group combined with the actual situation to plan the teaching contents,the introduction of China’s massive open online course(MOOC)at the university of resourcesplatform,constructed based on the small private online course(SPOC)“food toxicology”online hybrid teaching mode,in addition,diversified assessment and evaluation methods were adopted to cultivate students’practical ability,and an online and offline multi-directional evaluation system was implemented.In order to provide reference for the teaching and evaluation of“food toxicology”,this paper introduced the online and offline hybrid teaching design and diversified assessment system.
