促进乡村小规模小学振兴的管理优化策略--基于温州市108所学校的数据分析

摘  要:温州市108所乡村小规模小学分析数据表明:校长领导课程和教学能力指数低于全市水平,校长领导课程能力不足,校长课程领导力的影响力高于教学领导力;校长课程和教学领导力对教学管理、教师教育教学、学生学业成就及其学习品质、家庭教育的影响存在差异。学校教学管理指数接近全市平均水平,作业管理是明显短板;教学管理对学生和家长的影响较小,对教师有显著影响。学生的各种学习品质和家庭教育对学业成就均有影响,但影响力较小,较为均衡。乡村小规模小学的办学优势在于全体教师爱岗敬业、教师团结合作氛围好,但需要提高教师福利待遇、加大教师培养力度、激发教师工作积极性。据此提出四点建议:一要提高乡村小规模小学校长的课程领导力,二要基于本校校情优化教学常规管理,三要基于本校学情优化教师研训工作,四要基于多种学业影响因素综合施策提高学生学业成就。Based on the data of 108 rural small-scale primary schools in Wenzhou,we find that principal’s curriculum leadership and instructional leadership is lower than the city’s average level,the principal’s curriculum leadership is obviously inadequate,and the influence of principal’s curriculum leadership is higher than instructional leadership.Principal’s curriculum leadership and instructional leadership have different influences on teaching management,teacher education,students’academic achievement and learning quality,and family education.The teaching management index of small rural primary schools is close to the average level of the whole city.Teaching management has little impact on students and parents,but has a significant impact on teachers.Student’s different learning qualities and family education have influence on academic achievement,but the influence is small and balanced.The advantages of small-scale rural primary schools are that all teachers are dedicated to their jobs and have a good atmosphere of unity and cooperation.However,it is necessary to improve teachers’welfare benefits,strengthen teacher training and stimulate teachers’enthusiasm for work.Based on the results,four suggestions,such as enhancing principal’s curriculum leadership,optimizing teaching management and teacher’s training based school situation,taking comprehensive measures based on a variety of academic influence factors,are discussed to improve the conditions of rural small-scale primary schools in Wenzhou.
