摘　　要：随着社会和经济的不断发展,人们对食物质量的要求也越来越高。加强对我国食品生产企业监管,加大对食品质量安全的检查力度至关重要。本文分析了影响食品检测结果的因素,并提出了提高食品检测结果的精确度、保证食品质量安全的对策与建议。With the continuous development of society and economy,people have higher and higher requirements for food quality.It is very important to strengthen the supervision of China’s food production enterprises and strengthen the inspection of food quality and safety.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the results of food testing,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the accuracy of food testing results and ensure food quality and safety.
