摘 要:建立检测复合果汁饮品中茶氨酸含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用的色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-Aq(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以100%纯水和乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),紫外检测波长为210 nm。结果表明,茶氨酸在0.01~0.20 mg·mL^(-1)呈良好线性关系,相关系数R^(2)为1.000,加标回收率在98.2%~99.4%,精密度实验中茶氨酸含量的RSD为1.5%,检测限为0.0005 mg·mL^(-1)。此方法操作简单,准确性好,精密度高,适用于复合果汁饮品中茶氨酸的含量测定。A method for the determination of theanine in combined juice drinks by high performance liquid chromatography was established.The separation was conducted on a Agilent Zorbax SB-Aq chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),and the mobile phases were pure water and acetonitrile with a gradient elution system.The column temperature was 35℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The UV detection wavelength was 210 nm.The results showed that theanine had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.01~0.20 mg·mL^(-1),R^(2) was 1.000.The recovery rates were from 98.2%to 99.4%.The relative standard deviation was 1.5%.The detection limit was 0.0005 mg·mL^(-1).The method is simple,accurate and precise,and is suitable for the determination of theanine in combined juice drinks.
