摘 要:目的比较以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)和以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)相结合的教学法与传统教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)在外科住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)中的效果差异。方法2021年8月—2021年12月在5个英文数据库(PubMed、Embase、Medline、Web of Science、Cochrane)和3个中文数据库(中国知网、万方、维普数据库)中检索有关PBL/CBL教学法对比LBL教学法在外科住培中应用效果的研究,末次检索时间为截至2021年8月23日。结果指标包括基础理论成绩、实践操作成绩、病例分析成绩和教学满意度。结果Meta分析共纳入12项随机对照试验,涵盖611名外科住院医师,其中PBL/CBL教学组306名,LBL教学组305名。结果显示PBL/CBL教学组的基础理论成绩、实践操作成绩、病例分析成绩均高于LBL教学组,PBL/CBL教学组教学满意度高于LBL教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL/CBL教学法在外科住培中的教学效果优于LBL教学法。Objective To assess the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)for surgical residents training compared with lecture-based learning(LBL).Methods The study was conducted from August 2021 to December 2021.Five English databases(PubMed,Embase,Medline,Web of Science and Cochrane)and three Chinese databases(CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases)were searched.Studies comparing PBL/CBL and LBL for surgical residents training were included.The final search was conducted at August 23,2021.The outcome included basic theory score,clinical skill score,case analysis score,and teaching satisfaction.Results Meta analysis included 12 randomized controlled trials covering 611 surgical residents,including 306 in PBL/CBL teaching group and 305 in LBL teaching group.The results showed that the scores of basic theory,practical operation and case analysis in the PBL/CBL teaching group were higher than those in the LBL teaching group,and the teaching satisfaction in the PBL/CBL teaching group was higher than that in the LBL teaching group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL/CBL teaching method is better than LBL teaching method in surgical residents training.
