摘  要:教材作为学校育人成才重要载体,基于能力本位教育理念的高职活页式教材开发符合新时代高职教育教学改革要求。分析能力本位教育发展及核心理念、高职教材开发动态及问题、国家政策文件要求,结合能力本位高职活页式教材内涵特征,提出教材开发必须立足坚持立德树人、坚持职业教育类型特点、围绕灵活教学功能三个方向,从多元开发团队组建、教材规划、结构构建、内容选取与编排、内容组织、教材形式六个方面提出“能力本位行动体系”教材开发设计思路。It is widely known that teaching materials are important carriers in schools. Thus, the development of loose-leaf type textbooks in higher vocational education based on the concept of competence-based education meets the requirements of teaching reform in the new era. This study analyzes teaching materials in four aspects. It includes the development and core concepts of competency-based education, the development trends and problems of higher vocational teaching materials, the requirements of national policy documents, and the connotation characteristics of competency-based loose-leaf type higher vocational teaching materials.Based on this, it puts forward that the development of teaching materials should adhere to moral education and vocational type-based characteristics, and focus on flexible teaching. The textbook development of competence-based action system should follow six aspects, namely the formation of diversified development teams, the teaching material planning, the structure construction, the content selection and arrangement, the content organization, and the textbook forms.
