摘 要:高职院校教师成长发展有着较好基础并面临着历史机遇期,但同时存在师德师风有待加强、职业倦怠有待化解、角色冲突有待破解、发展空间有待拓展和国际经验有待丰富的现实困境。从职业生涯发展规划视角出发,高职院校教师是“四生职业系统”的聚合体,遵循显性职业发展和隐性职业发展的“双轨合一”模型。基于此高职院校教师成长发展路径是:建构“内生—隐性”成长链路,完善高职院校教师内驱发展体系;建构“外生—显性”成长链路,优化高职院校教师服务保障模式;建构“旁生—隐性”成长链路,畅通高职院校教师上升发展通道;建构“同生—显性”成长链路,释放高职院校教师群体凝聚效能。The career growth and development of teachers in vocational colleges are attached great importance by our country all the time and now face a historical opportunity for changes. However, moral issues, occupational burnout, role conflict, limited career development space and international experiences hamper teachers’ growth. According to career development and planning,teachers in vocational colleges play different roles in four career systems, developing both explicitly and implicitly. Therefore, this study puts forward that teachers’ internal driving development system should be improved by the endogenous-implicit growth path,service guarantee model should be optimized by exogenous-explicit growth path, careers should be developed by outgrowth-implicit growth path, and cohesion of teachers should be released by syngenetic-dominant growth path.
