摘  要:苏南地区有大量的中小型装备制造企业,这些企业为国家重大工程装备提供子系统、配套件和关键零部件,但其智能设计水平总体仍处于初级阶段。若直接引入国外成套的基于数字孪生技术的高新软硬件装备,不仅成本高昂,而且对企业的益处有限。基于苏南中小型装备制造企业智能设计领域的实际需求,从高水平科研团队建立、企业智能设计能力提升路径规划、硬件平台建设、人才培养与技术迁移四个维度,分析在企业智能设计能力提升过程中学校和企业的合作关系及各自任务,为高职院校助力中小型装备制造企业智能设计能力提升提供新的思路与可行方案。There are a large number of small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises in southern Jiangsu,which provide subsystems,supporting parts and key components for major national engineering equipment,but their intelligent design level is still in its infancy.Introducing complete sets of high-tech hardware and software equipment based on digital twin technology directly from abroad has not only high costs,but also limited benefits for enterprises.Starting from the actual needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in southern Jiangsu concerning intelligent design,this paper analyzes the cooperative relationship and respective tasks of colleges and enterprises in the process of improving enterprise intelligent design capability from four dimensions:the establishment of high-level scientific research teams,the path planning of enterprise intelligent design capability,the construction of hardware platforms,talent training and technology migration,aiming at providing new ideas and feasible solutions for higher vocational colleges to serve the intelligent design capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises.
