摘 要:师范类专业认证作为加强专业内涵建设、完善人才培养模式的重要途径,是我国教师教育改革的发展趋势和必然要求。师范生职业技能作为师范专业建设的一个重要指标,影响人才培养的质量。“八证书”制度是探索师范生职业技能培养的一种手段、一种路径。本文探讨了师范类专业认证要求与师范生职业技能“八证书”制度培养目标的一致性,进而阐述了构建师范生职业技能“八证书”制度的意义。As an essential approach to advancing the education major connotations and the talent training modes,enhancing the specialized accreditation constitutes part of the development trends and requirements with reference to teacher education programs reform in China.As an indispensable indicator in developing the education major,strategies in the cultivation for the student teachers’vocational skills can affect the quality of talent training.The“Eight Certificates”system is an effective way to advance the students’vocational skills.This paper shows insights into the significance of advancing the system for student teachers’vocational skills by examining how the training objectives of the system would fit in with the requirements of the specialized accreditation for the education major.
