摘 要:食品安全是社会民生的重大事项,国家在提升我国食品安全管理水平方面开展了多项卓有成效的工作。引入食品安全管理体系(Food Safety Management System,FSMS)对我国食品安全领域相关规范和标准的建立,以及与国际化标注接轨等,起到了非常重要的促进作用。但是,当前仍然存在食品安全问题,凸显了食品安全管理存在的问题和不足。鉴于此,应将食品安全管理体系与诚信管理体系进行融合,建立以食品企业诚信经营为核心、以安全监督管理为手段的食品安全综合治理体系,为食品安全提供更加可靠的治理保障体系。本文对食品工业企业诚信管理体系与食品安全管理体系融合进行研究论述,以供相关人员参考。Food safety is a major issue of people’s livelihood.The state has carried out a number of effective work in improving the level of food safety management in China.The introduction of food safety management system (FSMS) has played a very important role in promoting the establishment of relevant norms and standards in the field of food safety in China and the integration with international labeling.However,some food safety problems that occur from time to time in social life also highlight the problems and shortcomings of current food safety management.In view of this,we should integrate the food safety management system with the integrity management system,establish a comprehensive food safety management system based on the integrity management of food enterprises as the core and safety supervision and management as the means,and provide a more reliable management guarantee system for food safety.This paper discusses the integration of integrity management system and food safety management system in food industry enterprises for reference.
