摘  要:针对导弹发射装置动力学建模困难的问题,本文采用多体系统分析的方法,建立发射装置结构拓扑图和元件间传递方程,以推导系统的总传递方程。为研究初始扰动因素对导弹发射精度的影响,本文利用多体系统传递矩阵法和刚柔耦合理论,对发射模型进行动力学分析,并利用机械系统动力学自动分析和Creo设计了多刚体和刚柔耦合仿真系统。结果表明:刚柔耦合系统具有吸收振动的功能;导弹的发射间隔越大、闭锁力越小,导弹的初始扰动越小,发射精度越高;添加燃气流力的模型更能准确地反映导弹实际发射过程。With a focus on the difficulty of dynamic modeling of missile launchers, a multibody system analysis method is adopted in this paper to deduce the total transfer equation of the system by establishing the topological diagram of the launcher structure and the transfer equation between the components. To study the influence of initial disturbance factors on missile launching accuracy, a multibody and rigid flexible coupling simulation system is designed by using automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems and Creo on the basis of dynamic analysis of the model by using the transfer matrix method of multibody system and rigid flexible coupling theory. Simulation results show the following: the rigid-flexible coupling system can absorb vibration;a large launch interval and small locking force correspond to a small initial disturbance of the missile and high launching accuracy;and the model of adding gas flow force can reflect the actual launching process of the missile more accurately.
