摘 要:高等职业教育作为技术技能型人才的培养基地,需要根据时代的发展变化,培养出拥有较高技术技能水平、较强学习能力的高素质型劳动者。以惠州经济职业技术学院工商企业管理专业的班线长培养为例,解析班线长岗位胜利力的结构,提出将岗位胜任力作为人才筛选和任用的基础,切实实现人才的优化配置,达到人职匹配的目的,提升人才的利用率,完善高职学生的职业生涯规划格局,提高学生的就业质量。Higher vocational education is a technology base of skilled talent cultivation,which need to cultivate high quality talents who own the high skills,and strong learning ability about knowledge according to the changing and developing of the times.Take the Huizhou Economic and Polytechnic College as the example,mainly study the cultivation of the monitor and the line manager in industrial and commercial enterprise management major,analyze the competency structure of the monitor and the line manager.We will put competency force as the basis of talent selection and appointment,achieve the optimal allocation of talent,achieve the goal of people job matching,improve utilization of talent,perfect the pattern of higher vocational students’career planning,improve the quality of the students’employment.
