摘 要:教学督导作为学校体育教学管理的重要手段,在学校体育的发展中起着重要的监督、评价、指导的作用。近年来随着对学校体育功能的不断延伸,学校体育工作也在不断发生变革,然而其督导工作却未能适应改革的步伐,其功效未能得到较好的发挥。本研究从梳理学校体育教学困境出发,阐述加强中小学体育督导的重要意义,明确了决定体育工作督导效能的制度要素、人员要素、职能要素、关系要素等关键要素,并从明确认识、改革机制、健全队伍、细化指标、选定方法、结果运用等方面提出了新时期学校体育督导工作效能提升的对策。As an important means of school physical education teaching management, teaching supervision plays an important role in supervising, evaluating and guiding the development of school physical education. In recent years, with the continuous extension of the function of school physical education, the work of school physical education is also changing. However, its supervision has failed to adapt to the pace of reform, and its effect has not been brought into better play. Starting from combing the plight of school physical education teaching, this study expounds the significance of strengthening physical education supervision in primary and secondary schools, defines the key elements such as system elements, personnel elements, functional elements and relationship elements that determine the effectiveness of physical education supervision, and from a clear understanding, reform mechanism, improve team, refine indicators, select methods Results the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of school physical education supervision in the new period were put forward.
