摘 要:产业转型升级对劳动者综合职业能力的要求不断提升,专业群课程体系建设作为高水平专业群建设的重点任务和三教改革实施焦点,对培养高素质劳动者具有重要意义。针对ICT专业群课程体系构建存在的传统路径依赖、系统性不强、职业能力培养弱化等问题,文章从培养学生职业综合能力底层逻辑入手,构建了“底层基础共享、中层方向分立、高层拓展互选、顶层综合应用”四层级专业群课程体系。另外,校企双方通过4个维度构建学生职业能力由新手到高素质劳动者的成长路径。With industrial transformation and upgrading,the requirements on the comprehensive vocational ability of workers are constantly increasing.As the key task of the construction of high-level major groups and the focus of the implementation of the teaching reform,the construction of major group curriculum system is of great significance to the training of high-quality workers.At present,there are some problems in the construction of major group curriculum system,such as traditional path dependence,systematic bias and weakening of the vocational ability training.A four-level major group curriculum system,which is basic shared at the bottom,separation at the middle,expansion and mutual selection at the top,and comprehensive application at the top,will be constructed from the bottom logic of cultivating students'comprehensive vocational ability.In addition,college and enterprise should build the growth path of students'vocational ability from a novice to a high-quality worker through four dimensions.
