职业教育教师专业发展:国际走向、本土诉求与路径选择

摘　　要：教师专业发展在提升教师队伍整体素质、推进职业教育高质量发展中发挥着重要作用。通过对新科技革命推动教师专业“新发展”、终身教育加速教师角色“新转变”、职教改革再造教师发展“新动能”以及多样化生源提出教师能力“新期望”等国际走向的分析,进一步明晰我国职业教育教师专业发展在保障体系、资历水平、多主体协作、产教融合等方面的诉求。为提高教师专业发展水平,从政策体系、一体化培养培训体系、产教融合型队伍建设、分层分类支持系统四个方面提出对策。Teachers'professional development plays an important role in improving the overall quality of the teaching staff and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.Through the analysis of international trends such as the new development of the teacher s'professional development in the technological revolution,the new transformation of the role of teachers in the life-long education,the new motivation of teacher development from the new reform of vocational education,and the new expectations of teachers'abilities from diversified students,the paper further clarifies the demands of teachers'professional development of vocational education in terms of guarantee system,qualification level,multi-subject cooperation,and integration of industry and education.In order to improve the level of teacher's professional development,countermeasures are put forward from the policy system,integrated training system,integration of industry and education and classified support system.
