摘  要:目的将思政元素与案例教学法(CBL)融入临床本科《神经病学》教学实践中,强调以学生为主体,教师为导向,挖掘医学专科病例中隐含的思政教育价值,提升学生的综合素质和能力,为国家培养专业技能过硬、道德品质高尚的综合型优秀医学人才。方法选取西安医学院临床本科2016级、2017级各1个班的学生作为研究对象,2016级学生作为对照组,2017级学生作为观察组,各52人。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用思政元素融入CBL。学期教学任务结束后,采用调查问卷、教师评学、考试成绩分析、同行专家评教进行综合评价。结果观察组对授课方式的满意度及对《神经病学》的学习兴趣优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的分析与解决问题能力、沟通交流与团队协作能力优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的平均《神经病学》期末考核综合成绩为(84.96±5.13)分,高于对照组的(79.15±3.74)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同行专家评教中,对照组和观察组的综合得分分别为89.10、97.20分。结论思政元素与CBL相融合应用在临床本科《神经病学》教学实践中,有效提升了医学生的学习兴趣、考核成绩及综合能力,使得学生在课堂上既收获知识与技能,又学会医患沟通交流,有利于增强其爱伤意识、忧患意识,培养其高尚的医德医风,同时可在潜移默化中彰显“在教授中育人,在育人中提升”的临床教师职业素养。Objective To integrate ideological and political elements and case based learning(CBL)into the teaching practice of"Neurology"for clinical undergraduate,emphasize the student-centered and teacher-oriented,excavate the value of ideological and political education implied in medical college cases and improve students'comprehensive quality and ability,so as to cultivate comprehensive excellent medical talents with excellent professional skills and high moral quality for the country.Methods The students of the 2016 and 2017 clinical undergraduate classes of Xi'an Medical University were selected as the research objects.The 2016 students was set as control group and the 2017 students was set as observation group,with 52 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching method,and the observation group used ideological and political elements into CBL.After the end of the semester teaching tasks,questionnaires,teacher evaluation,examination results analysis and peer expert evaluation of teaching were used for comprehensive evaluation.Results The satisfaction on the teaching method and the learning interest of"Neurology"of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ability to analyze and solve problems,communication and teamwork ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average comprehensive resules of"Neurology"final examination in the observation group was(84.96±5.13)points,which was higher than(79.15±3.74)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the peer expert evaluation of teaching,the comprehensive scores of the control group and the observation group were 89.10 and 97.20 points,respectively.Conclusion The ideological and political elements and CBL into the teaching practice of"Neurology"for clinical undergraduate effectively improves the learning interest,assessment re
