摘　　要：针对高频微波课程教学中面临的痛点和难点,结合教学资源和成本等实际情况,综合考量企业的人才需求,提出课程教学资源建设和培养模式的改革方案,开发出一套模块式微波实验套件和实验指导教程。经过教学实践证明:开发的教学资源和培养模式可有效地促进学生微波工程实践能力的提升,具有很好的推广价值。In view of the common pain and difficulties in the teaching of high-frequency courses,combined with the actual situation of teaching resources and costs,comprehensively considering the talent needs of enterprises,this paper puts forward the reform scheme of the construction of curriculum teaching resources and training mode,and develops a set of modular microwave experiment kit and experiment guide.The teaching practice has proved that the developed teaching resources and training mode can effectively promote the improvement of students'microwave engineering practice ability,and has the value of popularization.
