摘  要:为打造适应高质量发展的高职公共英语教学师资团队、培养国际化高素质技术技能人才,结合当前高职英语教学改革需求,引入人类发展生态学理论,探究高职英语教师职业生态化的角色定位与发展路径。当代高职英语教师需要把握四重角色,即自觉学习者、教改实践者、合作研究者和情感咨询师,进而需要从“学”“融”“创”3个维度拓展职业生态化发展路径。To build a highly qualified teaching team of public English course in higher vocational colleges and cultivate a group of high quality skilled talents,with the needs of teaching reform taken into consideration,this paper holds that the teachers must precisely orientate their roles and follow right development route to gain ecological career development from the perspective of the ecological theory of human development.The teachers need to play their roles as self-conscious learners,teaching reform practitioners,cooperative researchers and emotional counselors.Furthermore,they need to explore ecological career development routes from the dimensions of learning,integration and creation.
