摘 要:全面推进乡村振兴,加快农业农村现代化需要教育赋能。回顾历史、总结经验,晏阳初的乡村建设可为新时代教育赋能乡村振兴提供理论与实践启示。为有效实现教育在促进乡村建设中的功能作用,借鉴吸收晏阳初乡村改造理论,并依据系统思维构建“三阶段、六测度”的教育赋能乡村振兴逻辑框架,分析教育赋能乡村振兴的遭遇与挑战,发现资源配置中赋能专业不对口与资源适配不理想,实施运行中协同共育不聚焦与发展创新不显著,效果评价中目标反思不深入与改革拓展不系统。新时代基于全面推进乡村社会发展的背景,在晏阳初“平教”经验的传承与时代革新中,赋予“四大教育”时代内涵,建构共生性的教育资源输入机制;强化“三大方式”整体逻辑,建立协同性的赋能发展转化机制;赓续“民为邦本”精神血脉,建成长效性的教育改革输出机制。To comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas requires educational empowerment.According to the historical experience,Yan Yangchu's theory of rural construction can provide theoretical and practical enlightenment for the revitalization of rural areas empowered by education in the new era.In order to effectively realize the function of education in promoting rural construction,we should learn from Yan Yangchu's theory of rural construction,build a logical framework of“three stages,six measures”of educational empowerment of rural revitalization with systematic thinking,and analyze the experiences and challenges of educational empowerment of rural revitalization,that is,the mismatches of enabling professions and poor resource adaptation in resource allocation,the lack of focus on collaborative education and insignificant development innovation in enabling action,as well as not in-depth target reflection and the unsystematic reform and expansion.Based on the background of comprehensively promoting the development of rural society as well as the inheritance and era innovation of Yan Yangchu's experience of“flat education”,the new era has endowed the contemporary connotation of“four education”,constructed a symbiotic input mechanism of educational resources,strengthened the overall logic of“three ways”,established a synergistic enabling mechanism of development and transformation,continued the spiritual blood of“people being the fundamental of the state”,and built a long-term effective output mechanism of educational reform.
