摘  要:变频压缩机工作时,特殊的机械结构使得其内部的永磁同步电机负载转矩会呈现周期性变化。当传统PI控制下的压缩机系统无法适应这种负载扰动时,PMSM的转速会跟随其出现周期性脉动,在低速段波动最为明显。同时,变频压缩机的工作环境较为复杂,对此提出结合模糊控制方式提高压缩机系统的动态性能。通过构建永磁同步电机控制系统模型,模拟压缩机工作中出现的周期性负载转矩,以仿真的形式验证复合控制的有效性。When the inverter compressor is working,due to its special mechanical structure,the load torque of the permanent magnet synchronous motor inside the compressor will change periodically.When the compressor system under traditional PI control cannot adapt to this load disturbance,the speed of the PMSM will fluctuate periodically,and the fluctuation is most obvious in the low-speed section.At the same time,the working environment of the inverter compressor is more complicated,so a method combining fuzzy control is proposed to improve the dynamic performance of the compressor system.By constructing the control system model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the periodic load torque in the compressor operation is simulated,and the effectiveness of the composite control is verified in the form of simulation.
