摘 要:目的比较口腔材料学的线上、线下以及线上线下混合式教学模式的教学效果,促进网络化教学模式在口腔教学中的应用。方法随机选取上海交通大学口腔医学院口腔专业学生为研究对象;其中2016级39名学生采用传统线下教学;2017级44名学生采用线上教学模式;2018级49名学生开展线下教学结合线上网课的混合式教学模式。对3个班级学生的考试成绩(平均分、优秀率、良好率、合格率和不及格率)进行比较和统计,分析线上线下混合式教学模式的教学实践及教学效果。结果传统线下教学学生的成绩为(70.77±15.59)分,优秀率为15%,不及格率为20%;线上教学学生的成绩为(66.25±15.85)分,优秀率为2%,不及格率为30%;混合式教学模式的学生的成绩为(78.98±11.64)分,优秀率为29%,不及格率为0%;3组学生的平均分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与单一线上和线下教学模式相比,线上线下混合式教学模式能明显提高学生考试成绩的优秀率,降低不及格率。结论单纯线上或线下的教学模式均各有利弊,两者混合式教学模式能更好地提升教学质量和教学效果。Objective The study aimed to compare the teaching effects of online,in-person and hybrid teaching modes on dental materials science,promoting the informationization teaching pattern in the application of stomatology teaching.Methods Stomatological students from College of Stomatology,Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were randomly selected as the research objects.Among them,39 students of Grade 2016 adopt traditional in-person teaching mode,44 students of Grade 2017 adopt online teaching mode;49 students of Grade 2018 adopt online/in-person hybrid teaching mode.The exam achievement index(average,score,excellence rate,good rate,pass rate and fail rate)of students in three classes were compared and statistically analyzed,to investigate different teaching patterns and teaching effects.Results The average score of the students who adopt in-person teaching mode was 70.77±15.59,the excellence rate was 15%and the fail rate of 20%.The average score was 66.25±15.85,the excellence rate was 2%and the fail rate was 30%for the students who adopt online teaching mode.And the average score was 78.98±11.64,the excellence rate was 29%and the fail rate was 0%for the students adopt online/in-person hybrid teaching mode.The differences in the average scores of the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the single online and in-person teaching models,the online/in-person hybrid teaching model could significantly improve the excellent rate of students’test scores and reduce the fail rate.Conclusions Both in-person and online teaching modes have their advantages and disadvantages,and the hybrid teaching mode can better improve the teaching quality and teaching effect..
