摘  要:目的基于结构方程模型探索医学硕士研究生课程考试成绩的影响因素,为研究生培养提供理论依据。方法在美国第一年新生入学调查问卷的基础上,结合我国研究生教育实际情况进行适当的修改并汉化成第一年研究生入学调查问卷,并在我校新入学的1174名研究生中开展调查。通过验证性因子分析提取出5个因子并对其建立结构方程模型。结果学习能力、学术目标和职业目标对医学研究生的课程考试成绩有正向影响,效应系数在0.014~0.100之间;自我评价对医学研究生的课程考试成绩有负向影响,效应系数为-0.117;社交能力对课程考试成绩无直接或间接的影响。结论开展研究生教育时,应综合考虑研究生的学业需求、自我评价能力和学习动机,为提高医学研究生教育质量提供理论参考。Objective Based on the structural equation model,we explored the influencing factors of the test score in medical graduate students,and provided a theoretical basis for the cultivation of graduate students.Methods Based on Your First College Year survey used in the United States,we developed a Your First Graduate Year survey,which reflected the policies for graduates enrollment and management in China.The survey was conducted among the 1174 newly enrolled graduate students in our school.Five factors were extracted by confirmatory factor analysis,and a structural equation model was established based on them.Results Learning ability,academic goals and career goals showed a positive effect on the test score of medical graduate students,and the effect coefficient ranged from 0.014 to 0.100.Self-evaluation had a negative influence on the test score of medical graduate students,with an effect coefficient of-0.117.Social skills had no direct or indirect influence on test score.Conclusion The academic needs,self-evaluation and learning motivation of graduates should be comprehensively considered during graduate education.Our results should provide a theoretical reference for improving the quality of medical postgraduate education.
