摘  要:为实现素质教育,全面深化课程思政教学改革,落实立德树人根本任务,就要发挥教师队伍“主力军”、课程建设“主阵地”、课堂教学“主渠道”作用。“光电子器件与封装技术”是电子封装技术专业课程体系中的一门重要专业课程。通过从顶层设计上增加专业课程的德育目标,深挖专业教学内容中的思政元素并与知识点有机融合,以参与、体验和反思式教学方法及综合、非标式评价方式推动课堂教学改革,从而提升学生的精神品质、理想追求、价值取向和文化品位,解决育人成效问题。In order to realize quality education,comprehensively deepen the reform of“curriculum ideological and political education”and implement the fundamental task of“Enhance Morality,Foster Talents”,we should give play to the roles of the“main force”of teachers,the“main position”of curriculum construction,and the“main channel”of classroom teaching.Optoelectronic Devices and Packaging Technology is an important professional course in the curriculum system of electronic packaging technology.By adding the moral education objectives of the professional courses from the top-level design,deeply excavating the ideological and political elements in the professional teaching contents and organically integrating them with knowledge points,and using participatory,experiential and reflective teaching methods and comprehensive and non-standard evaluation methods,we can promote classroom teaching reform,improve students’spiritual quality,ideal pursuit,value orientation and cultural taste,and solve the problem of education effectiveness.
