摘 要:目的探究情景模拟教学法在麻醉科住培医师临床技能教学中的应用价值。方法于2021年3月至2022年3月期间随机选取60名广州中医药大学第一附属医院麻醉科住培医师作为此次研究对象,并依据所采取临床技能教学方法的不同,将上述研究对象划入到常规组(30名)和试验组(30名)中。针对常规组中的医师,采用传统教学模式对其进行临床技能教学,而试验组则采用情景模拟教学法。最后,对两组医师经不同教学法培训后的考试成绩,以及其对所接受的教学活动的评价进行对比分析。结果经对比研究数据发现:试验组医师经情景模拟教学法培训后对相关知识的掌握情况优于常规组,并且其对自身所接受的教学活动的评价较常规组高。各组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对麻醉科住培医师进行临床技能教学的过程中,引入情景模拟教学法可有效提升教学质量,同时也可以切实提升麻醉科住培医师住培的内涵质量,建议积极推广和应用。Objective To explore the application value of scenario simulation teaching method in the clinical skills teaching of resident anesthesiology physicians.Methods From March 2021 to March 2022,60 resident training physicians in the Department of Anesthesiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the different clinical skills teaching methods,the above research objects were divided into the conventional group(30 patients)and the experimental group(30 patients).For the doctors in the conventional group,the traditional teaching model was used to teach clinical skills,while the experimental group adopted the scenario simulation teaching method.Finally,the test scores of the two groups of doctors after training with different teaching methods and their evaluation of the teaching activities were compared and analyzed.Results Through the comparative study of data,it was found that the doctors in the experimental group mastered the relevant knowledge better than those in the conventional group,and their evaluation of their own teaching activities was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant between the comparison data(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical skills teaching for anesthesiologists,the introduction of scenario simulation teaching method can effectively improve the quality of teaching,but also can effectively improve the connotation quality of anesthesiologists'training,it is recommended to actively promote and apply.
