摘  要:面对医学的发展和健康中国建设的需求,如何以提高职业岗位胜任力为核心来深化继续医学教育改革、做好继续医学教育基地建设、构建特色继续医学教育培训体系和教学模式,对提高继续医学教育培养质量非常重要。临床进修是广大在职医务工作者学习再提高的一种重要的继续医学教育途径,是提高基层医务工作者整体医疗服务能力的关键环节。如何通过加强进修基地内涵建设,提升进修教育品质,来培养高水平基层医疗卫生人才,是继续医学教育工作者值得思考的问题。文章结合时代发展要求,围绕华西医院进修医师培训实践,从规范化进修管理、教学体系完善、师资队伍建设及考评体系等方面进行进修基地建设的探讨,旨在为同行提供参考,共促继续医学教育事业发展。In the face of the development of medicine and the demand of building a healthy China,it is very important for us to deepen the reform of continuing medical education,build the base of continuing medical education,build the characteristic training system and teaching mode of continuing medical education,and improve the training quality of continuing medical education with the core of improving the competency of professional posts.Further medical education is an important way for on-the-job medical workers to learn and improve,and it is also a key link to improve the overall medical service ability of grassroots medical workers.Therefore,it is worth thinking about how to improve the quality of further medical education so as to cultivate high-level medical talents for grassroots medical institutions.This paper mainly discusses the construction of further medical education base from the aspects of standardized training management,teaching system improvement,teaching staff construction and evaluation system,based on the training practice of further medical education in West China Hospital,Sichuan University,aiming at providing reference for peers and promoting the development of continuing medical education in China.
