摘 要:针对环境影响评价与环境监测课程在融合交叉、综合程度和实践环节等方面存在的问题,提出构建“环境影响评价+环境监测”大课堂教学模式,基于应用型人才培养的要求,从教学内容、实践特色、课程思政、考核方式和师资队伍等方面进行了大课堂教学模式探索与实践.通过“环境影响评价+环境监测”大课堂课程教学模式探索,培养一批地方(行业)急需的“事前环境影响评价、事中环境监理、事后环保竣工验收”全流程应用型人才,增强学生就业能力,提高学校服务区域经济社会发展和创新驱动发展的能力.对高校“环境影响评价+环境监测”课程教学改革与实践具有重要的参考价值.In view of the problems existing in the courses entitled"Environmental Impact Assessment"and"Environmental Monitoring"in terms of intercross-amalgamation,degree of integration and practical links,it is proposed to build a large-class teaching mode of"Environmental Impact Assessment+Environmental Monitoring".In the meanwhile,based on the requirements of application-oriented talent training,the exploration and practice of the large-class teaching mode are conducted from the aspects of teaching content,practical characteristics,ideological and political education,assessment methods and teaching team.Generally speaking,the following three aims are to be achieved through the exploration of the teaching mode.Firstly,cultivate a batch of application-oriented talents urgently needed in local industry who are qualified for the whole process including"pre-environmental impact assessment,environmental supervision during the project,and post-project acceptance of environmental protection completion".Secondly,improve students employability.Lastly,highlight the university s role in terms of serving regional economic and social development as well as enhance innovation-driven development.It has important reference value for the teaching reform and practice of the course entitled"Environmental Impact Assessment+Environmental Monitoring"in colleges and universities.
