摘 要:类胡萝卜素是一类具有红色或橙黄色的四萜类化合物,具有强抗氧化能力,被广泛地应用于食品、医药、饲料等行业,传统的生产方法是化学合成、植物提取。解脂耶氏酵母是一种安全的产油酵母,具有充足的类胡萝卜素积累前体和良好的胞内疏水性环境,是类胡萝卜素异源生物合成的理想宿主。近年来,国内外普遍采取合成生物学的策略,在解脂耶氏酵母中构建并优化类胡萝卜素的合成途径,实现其异源高水平合成。综述了近年来解脂耶氏酵母异源合成类胡萝卜素的研究进展,并对未来的研究进行了展望。Carotenoids are a class of red or orange⁃yellow tetraterpenoids with strong antioxidant capacity,which were widely used in food,medicine,feed and other industries.The traditional methods of carotenoid production were chemical synthesis or plant extraction.Yarrowia lipolytica was a safe oleaginous yeast with sufficient carotenoid accumulation precursors and a favorable intracellular hydrophobic environment,making it an ideal host for heterologous carotenoid biosynthesis.In recent years,synthetic biology strategies had been widely adopted to construct and optimize the carotenoids synthetic pathway in Yarrowia lipolytica,to achieve high⁃level heterologous synthesis.The recent research progress of using Yarrowia lipolytica to heterologous synthesizing different carotenoids based on synthetic biology methods was reviewed,and the future research was prospected.
