摘  要:振兴乡村教育的关键在于乡村教师的发展,而教师培训是乡村教师专业素养提升的主要途径。针对湖南省3县25镇1032名乡村教师问卷调查发现,乡村教师培训存在参培目的认知偏差,培训目标城乡同质化,培训内容与实际需要不匹配,培训形式重“静听式”,培训者忽视理论与乡村教育实践的融合等具体问题。在此基础上建议乡村教师精准施培须由学校公开选拔与科学管理,培训机构深入调研识别需求,分类、分科设计培训内容,基于“实践取向”优化培训形式,组建与培养乡村培训者队伍,切实促进乡村教师专业发展。The key to revitalizing rural education lies in the development of rural teachers,and teacher training is the main way to improve the professional quality of rural teachers.A questionnaire survey on 1032 rural teachers in 25 towns of 3 counties in Hunan Province reveals some problems existing in rural teacher training,such as cognitive bias in the purpose of training,the homogeneity of training targets in urban and rural areas,the mismatch between training content and actual needs,the emphasis on"listening"training methods,and the trainer's neglect of the integration of theory and rural education practice.The precise training of rural teachers to effectively promote the professional development of rural teachers is as follows:open selection and management of schools,in-depth research to identify the needs by training institutions,scientific design of training content by classification and division,optimization of training forms based on"practice orientation",and formation and training of the rural trainers.
