摘　　要：学生思想工作与课程思政教育均是培育时代新人的重要途径。文章重点分析《过程装备与控制工程导论》的思政课程教改现状,提出深度融合课程思政与学生思想工作的思政教育新思路。文章通过学情分析、师资与教学资源建设,指出了导论课程思政教育施行的具体措施。课程通过完善思政元素融入、融合导师培育与红色旅游教育等方式进行了全方位育人教改,促进了专业教育与学生工作的深度融合与协同育人效果。Students ideological work and curriculum ideological and political education are important ways to cultivate new people of the times.The current situation of ideological and political education reform in introduction to process equipment and control engineering were focused on,and a new idea of Ideological and political education was put forward that deeply integrated curriculum ideological and political education with students ideological work.Through the analysis of learning situation,the construction of teachers and teaching resources,the specific measures was pointed out for the implementation of ideological and political education in the introduction course.The course carried out all-round education reform by improving the integration of ideological and political elements,integrating tutor cultivation and red tourism education,and promoted the in-depth integration and collaborative education effect of professional education and student work.
