摘  要:深化产教融合、校企合作,是新时期高职院校发展的必由之路,对全面提升人才培养质量和整体办学水平具有重要意义。杨凌职业技术学院畜牧兽医专业群以产教融合、校企合作为抓手,通过创新“职业能力-岗位能力-专业能力”三级能力体系、多级递进“知识-技能-素质”模块和“三系统三层次四方向”课程体系等内容,形成了“双主体、双循环、递进式”高职院校畜牧兽医专业群人才培养模式,校企协同助推“三教”改革,提升了畜牧类高素质技能人才培养质量。To deepen the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the only way for the development of higher vocational colleges in the new era.The animal husbandry and veterinary professional group of Yangling Vocational and Technical College takes the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation as the background,by innovating the three-level ability system of“professional ability-post ability-professional ability”,the multi-level progressive module of“knowledge-skill-quality”and the curriculum system of“three systems,three levels and four directions”,to form a“double-subject,double-cycle,progressive”talent training model of animal husbandry and veterinary specialty group in higher vocational colleges.The cooperation of colleges and enterprises promotes the reform of“three-education”and improves the quality of personnel training.
