摘 要:波兰职业教育系统处于不断变革之中,其变革的主要逻辑动因包括:人口数量减少导致职业教育生源不足、经济转型发展要求职业教育加快适应、职业教育社会吸引力亟须进一步提升、职业教育毕业生的就业形势有待改善。波兰通过推动职业教育体系的结构性调整、完善职业教育专业与课程设置程序、优化职业教育产教融合的衔接机制、提升参与职业教育发展的积极性等关键举措推动了职业教育系统的变革。就未来走向而言,波兰的职业教育质量发展将日趋重要、职业教育4.0进程将备受关注、职业教育数字化趋势将不断加快、职业教育资源整合将持续强化。Poland’s vocational education and training(VET) system is in constant change. There are four main reasons. First,the decrease of population leads to insufficient enrollment to VET. Second, economic transformation requires VET to adapt to the new environment as soon as possible. Third, the social attraction of VET needs to be further increased. Fourth, the employment situation of VET graduates needs to be improved. Accordingly, Poland has taken some crucial measures. Measures include promoting the structural adjustment of VET system, improving the setting procedures of VET specialties and curriculum, optimizing the convergence mechanism of industry-VET integration, and enhancing the participation enthusiasm in the development of VET.In future, Poland will pay more attention to the development quality of VET and the process of VET 4.0, accelerate the digital trend and strengthen the integration of VET resources.
