摘 要:农村师资队伍是决定农村教育事业发展水平的关键性因素。为了解农村师资队伍建设问题,首先基于供给侧结构性改革的视角对农村师资供求矛盾展开调研,结果发现农村师资供给来源不充分、供给质量不符合、供给机制不完善。在此基础上,从场域理论视角对农村师资供求矛盾进行审视,认为农村教育场域作为农村社会场域的子场域,农村社会场域制约与农村教育场域局限性是基础性因素,农村教师原有惯习与农村教育场域要求不适应是关键性因素,农村教师资本数量与农村教育场域需求不匹配是重要性因素,并提出应用信息化手段助力农村师资供给治理的技术逻辑框架。Rural teachers are the key factor to determine the development level of rural education.In order to understand the construction of rural teachers,we first investigated the contradiction between supply and demand of rural teachers from the perspective of supply side structural reform.The results showed that the supply source of rural teachers was insufficient,the supply quality was inconsistent,and the supply mechanism was imperfect.On this basis,the contradiction between the supply and demand of rural teachers is examined from the perspective of field theory.It is considered that the rural education field is a sub field of the rural social field.The constraints of the rural social field and the limitations of the rural education field are the basic factors.The key factor is that the original habits of rural teachers do not adapt to the requirements of the rural education field.The important factor is that the amount of capital for rural teachers does not match the needs of the rural education field.The technical logic framework of applying information-based means is also put forward to help the management of rural teacher supply.
