摘　　要：针对一些高职院校教工党支部存在的重业务、轻党建的现状,分析教工党支部中党建工作和业务工作的辩证关系,从思想性保障、制度化保障、平台支撑和科学考核四个角度,探索高职院校教工党支部党建工作与业务工作深度融合的路径,推动教工党支部党建工作和业务工作融合发展,从而有效促进高等职业教育事业的科学发展。In allusion to the actuality of cherishing the business work while despising the construction of the Party in the Party branch of teaching stuff in some higher vocational colleges, the dialectical relationship between the construction work of the Party and the business work in the Party branch of the teaching staff was analyzed, the way of deep integration of the construction work of the Party and the business work in the Party branch of vocational college teaching staff was explored on the basis of the four perspectives of ideological guarantee, institutional guarantee, platform support and scientific assessment, to promote the integrated development of the construction work of the Party and the business work of the Party branch of the teaching staff, so as to effectively promote the scientific development of higher vocational education.
