摘  要:随着医学教育理念与模式的更新,以器官/系统为中心的整合医学教学模式应运而生,成为了各大医学院校教学改革的热点。但随着这一模式的深度推行,教育实践中的诸多问题也逐渐暴露出来。线上、线下相结合的混合式教学对提高时间利用率,调动学生学习积极性等方面具有独特优势。而新兴网络信息技术的发展,为混合式教学提供了更加高效、便捷的平台支撑,也为解决医学教育变革中的问题提供了新的途径。本研究在建立影像学云平台的基础上将混合教学模式应用于医学整合课程中,通过解决整合课程面临的问题,实现了教学效果与学习体验的共同提升。With the renewal of medical education concepts and models, an integrated medical teaching model centered on organs/systems has emerged and has become a hot spot in the teaching reform of major medical schools. However, with the in-depth implementation of this model, many problems in educational practice have gradually been exposed.The online and offline mixed teaching mode has unique advantages in improving time utilization and mobilizing students’ learning enthusiasm. The development of emerging network information technology provides a more efficient and convenient platform support for mixed teaching mode,and also provides a new way to solve the problems in the reform of medical education. Based on the establishment of an imaging cloud platform, this research applies a mixed teaching mode to medical integrated courses. By solving the problems faced by integrated courses, the education effect and learning experience are jointly improved.
