摘 要:目的 通过引入微信与直播平台在临床医学本科实习中的应用,来探讨微信联合直播平台在临床医学本科实习教学中的应用效果及评价。方法 选取内蒙古医科大学附属医院2018年9月—2020年6月肿瘤内科实习的2013级—2014级246名临床医学专业本科实习生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组及对照组,试验组采用传统教学+微信联合直播平台教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,分析两组学生实习结束后理论知识、实践技能成绩及对教学方式满意度的差异有无统计学意义。结果试验组学生的理论知识、实践能力成绩以及对教学方式的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),微信联合直播平台可以提高学生的自信心、主观能动性以及对临床医本科实习的兴趣。结论 在临床实习中,应用微信联合直播平台可以增强学生的学习积极性,并可提高理论知识及实践技能水平。Objective To explore the application effect and evaluation of WeChat combined live broadcast platform in clinical medical undergraduate internship teaching, and to introduce the application of WeChat and live broadcast platform in clinical medical undergraduate internship.Methods 246 undergraduate interns of clinical medicine major from 2013 to 2014 in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from September 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group used the traditional teaching+WeChat combined live broadcast platform teaching mode,and the control group used the traditional teaching mode to analyze the theoretical knowledge Is there any statistical significance in the difference of practical skill scores and satisfaction with teaching methods. Results The theoretical knowledge, practical ability and satisfaction with teaching methods of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The WeChat combined live broadcast platform can improve students’ self-confidence, subjective initiative and interest in clinical medical undergraduate practice. Conclusion In clinical practice, the application of the WeChat joint live broadcast platform can enhance students’ enthusiasm for learning and improve theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
