摘  要:目的提取本科护理专业教师课程人文胜任力元素,为构建本科护理专业教师课程人文胜任力评价指标体系提供依据。方法检索CNKI、VIP、SinoMed、The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、万方数据库、超星期刊数据库中有关护理专业教师课程人文胜任力的文献,以洋葱模型理论为指导,基于内容分析法提取最能代表本科护理专业教师课程人文胜任力的元素。结果最终获取文献共12篇,得到知识、技能、态度、特质、动机5个一级条目,11个二级条目,36个三级条目。结论本科护理专业教师课程人文胜任力的元素体现为护理专业教师胜任课程人文教学所必须具备的知识、技能、态度、特质和动机。应在此基础上构建本科护理专业教师课程人文胜任力的评价指标体系,以提高本科护理专业教师的人文执教水平,保障课程人文教学的质量。Objective To extract the elements of curriculum humanistic competence of undergraduate nursing teachers,and to provide reference for constructing an evaluation index system of curriculum humanistic competence of undergraduate nursing teachers.Methods We searched eligible literature in CNKI,VIP,SinoMed,The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Wanfang,and Superstar Journals Database.Based on onion model and with content analysis method,the elements showing curriculum humanistic competence of undergraduate nursing teachers were extracted.Results Twelve articles were collected,including 5 first-level items of knowledge,skills,attitude,characteristics and motivation,11 secondary-level and 36 third-level items.Conclusion The curriculum humanistic competence elements of undergraduate nursing teachers are the knowledge,skills,attitude,characteristics and motivation.The evaluation index system of curriculum humanistic competence of undergraduate nursing teachers should be constructed based on these five elements to improve the humanistic teaching of nursing teachers and ensure the quality of curriculum humanistic teaching.
