摘 要:我国著名教育家刘佛年先生在其学习和工作过程中形成了自己独具特色的教师教育思想,包括论教师的地位、论职前教师教育、论职后教师教育、论办好重点师范大学、论高等师范教育的改革和未来发展等五个方面。本文对刘佛年体系化、理论化的教师教育思想加以梳理,并阐明其对当今办好教师教育的启发与借鉴意义。Mr.Liu Fonian,a famous educator in China,formed his own unique thought on teacher education in the process of his study and work,including five aspects:on the status of teachers,on pre-service teacher education,on post-service teacher education,on running key normal universities well,and on the reform and future development of higher normal education.This paper arranges his systematic and theoretical thought on teacher education,and also expounds the inspiration and reference significance of his thought for running teacher education well today.
