摘　　要：作为我国著名的教育学家,刘佛年先生在高等师范教育研究领域卓有建树。刘佛年先生认为,高等师范教育应该遵循教育规律,将外来经验与本土实际相结合;需要开展教育科学研究,提高我国教育科学研究水平;需要突破封闭体系,实施开放办学体制;亟待提升办学水平,保证高等师范教育的质量。研究刘佛年先生的高等师范教育思想,对我们今天发展高等师范教育有着重要的指导作用。As a famous educationist in China,Mr.Liu Fonian had made great achievements in the research field of higher normal education.He believed the following principles:in higher normal education,it is necessary to follow the law of education and combine exotic experience with local reality,carry out educational scientific research and improve the research capability of educational science,break through the closed system and implement the open school running system;and it is an urge to improve the operation ability of educational institutions for ensuring the quality of higher normal education.Studying Liu’s thought on higher normal education plays an important guiding role in the development of higher normal education today.
