摘  要:对2018~2021年我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)大米产品抽检数据信息进行整理,从抽检合格率、不合格地区、不合格类别等方面研究中国大米质量安全。结果表明:近年我国大米抽检合格率均大于99%;大米抽检不合格较多地区为浙江省、湖南省、新疆维吾尔自治区;不合格原因主要有镉元素、黄曲霉毒素、水分含量超标及标签不合格;省级大米产品抽检结果不存在农药残留超标问题,与近年相关报道的研究结果存在差异。市场监管部门应进一步提高大米质量检测精度与检测指标多样性,政府应重视农药滥用问题并增强消费者食品安全意识。By sorting out the sampling inspection data of rice products from 30 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities) in China from 2018 to 2021,the quality and safety of rice in China from the aspects of qualified rate,unqualified areas,unqualified categories was studied.The results showed that the qualified rate of rice sampling in China was more than 99 %in recent years.The most unqualified rice sampling areas were Zhejiang Province,Hunan Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.The main causes of disqualification include cadmium element,aflatoxin,moisture content exceeding standard and label unqualified.The results of sampling inspection of rice products at provincial level did not have the problem of excessive pesticide residue,which was different from the research results reported in recent years.The market supervision department should further improve the accuracy of rice quality detection and the diversity of detection indicators.The government should pay attention to the abuse of pesticide and enhance consumers’ awareness of food safety.
