摘　　要：近年来我国固体饮料产业发展迅猛,但其安全问题一直备受社会关注。本文从产业实践的视角出发,系统分析了固体饮料存在的质量安全风险,结合当前我国已颁布的有关固体饮料监管政策与现行标准,探讨了我国固体饮料标准的发展趋势,围绕现实问题提出了针对性的对策建议,旨在为食品安全生产、市场监督管理、保障食品安全等方面提供一定的理论依据。The solid beverage industry has been developing rapidly in recent years,but its safety issues have been of great concern to the society.This paper systematically analyzes the possible quality and safety risks of solid beverages from the perspective of industrial practice,and discusses the development trend of China’s solid beverage standards in combination with the current regulatory policies and existing standards promulgated in China,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,with the aim of providing a certain theoretical basis for safe production,supervision and management,and ensuring food safety.
