摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时检测食品中6种人工合成色素的方法。方法:经粉碎后的样品,添加色素提取液,结合超声波清洗机进行离心处理;采取固相萃取小柱(ProElut PwA-2)净化处理样品后上机检测。结果:该方法能够快速分析食品中6种人工合成色素;方法检出限为0.31~0.89 mg·kg^(-1),线性相关系数为0.9996~0.9999,平均回收率为92.6%~100.1%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~1.8%。结论:该方法线性关系良好,检出限较低,且方法准确度与精密度良好,检测食品中人工合成色素时具备一定的灵敏性。Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of six synthetic pigments in food.Method:After the samples were crushed,the pigment extract was added and centrifuged in combination with an ultrasonic cleaner;the samples were cleaned up by taking a solid phase extraction small column(ProElut PwA-2)and then detected on the machine.Result:The method can rapidly analyze six synthetic colorants in food;the limits of detection of the method were 0.31~0.89 mg·kg^(-1),the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9996~0.9999,the average recoveries were 92.6%~100.1%,and the relative standard deviations were 0.3%~1.8%.Conclusion:The method has good linear relationship,low detection limit,and good method accuracy and precision,and has certain sensitivity in the detection of artificial synthetic color in food.
