摘 要:本文采用高效液相色谱法对凉皮中的防腐剂苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠含量进行测定,对方法的线性、检出限、回收率和精密度进行验证。结果显示,苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.996,检出限均为0.005 g·kg^(-1),样品的加标回收率为90.47%~107.63%,相对标准偏差为0.32%~1.20%,符合标准要求。该方法具有高速、高效、高精密度等特点,可用于上述3种添加剂的定性、定量检测。In this paper,high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the preservatives of benzoicacid,sorbic acid and sodium saccharin in Liangpi,to verify the linearity,detection limits,recovery,and precision of the method.The results showed that the concentration of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,and saccharin sodium had a good linear relationship with the peak area,the correlation coefficients were all above 0.996,the detection limits were 0.005 g·kg^(-1),the recovery of sample was 90.47%~107.63%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.32%~1.20%,the results are reliable.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,fast analysis speed,high accuracy and good precision.It can be used for the qualitative and quantitative detection of the above three additives.
