摘 要:目的:研究社区卫生服务中心不同岗位全科医师岗位胜任力指标的测评方法,形成可应用的测评工具,为社区开展各岗位全科医师岗位胜任力评估和人才选拔提供参考。方法:2019年7月,通过文献检索和专家咨询,开发社区卫生服务中心不同岗位全科医师岗位胜任力指标的测评方法。结果:基础胜任力评价由4项一级指标、7项二级指标、22项三级指标、32项测评指标及其对应的评审办法构成,指标权重总和为529分;专项胜任力评价涉及家庭医生、病房医生、家庭医生助理、全科门诊医生、中医门诊医生、妇保医生、儿保医生7个岗位,各岗位专项指标权重和均为471分。各临床岗位胜任力权重总和是基础胜任力权重与专项胜任力权重之和,为1000分。结论:不同岗位全科医师岗位胜任力评价指标测评方法可直接投入使用,使社区各临床岗位的胜任力评价更加精细化,研究过程和开发思路可供同行借鉴。OBJECTIVE To study the evaluation methods and weights of the competency index of general practitioners in different positions in the community,to form a practical evaluation tool,and to provide references for the community to carry out the evaluation of the competence and talent selection of general practitioners in various positions in the community.METHODS In July of 2019,through literature search and expert consultation,the evaluation method and weight design of the competency indicators of general practitioners in different positions were developed.RESULTS Basic competency evaluation consisted of 4 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators,22 third-level indicators,32 evaluation indicators and their corresponding evaluation methods.The total weight of the indicators is 529 points.The special competency evaluation of the set of positions involved 7 positions including family doctor,ward doctor,family doctor assistant,general outpatient doctor,traditional Chinese medicine outpatient doctor,maternity insurance doctor,and child insurance doctor.The total weight of the special indicators for each post was 471 points.The sum of the competency weights of each clinical post was the sum of the basic competence weights and the specific competence weights which was 1000 points.CONCLUSION The evaluation method and weight design of competency evaluation index for general practitioners in different positions formed in the research can be directly put into use,and make the competency evaluation of each clinical post in the community more refined,and the research process and development ideas can be used for reference by peers.
