摘 要:数字化转型已成为职业教育现代化的重要内容,并引起多方关注。当前,在国家相关政策及项目的引领下,职业教育数字化转型已取得显著成效:数字化支撑条件不断完善、教与学模式不断革新、教师数字化教学能力持续提升、数字化治理体系与治理模式建设初见成效、数字化体制机制逐步健全等。然而,新时期职业教育数字化也面临学生的学习力与能动性需要提高、信息技术与教育教学的融合程度有待深化、教师数字化教学能力的内涵与水平仍需更新与提升、数据驱动的管理与服务能力亟待提高、数字化支撑保障水平有待加强、数字化体制机制仍需进一步完善等诸多挑战。因此,在“十四五”时期,我国职业教育亟需通过提高数字化转型的战略认识与发展站位、树立数字化转型的理性发展观、明晰数字化转型的思路与策略来实现数字化发展水平的跃升。其中,职业教育数字化转型的思路与策略包括六个方面:一是重塑信息时代的技术学习观,树立终身学习理念;二是创新教学模式,全要素推进教学数字化转型;三是提升教师数字化教学创新能力,满足职业教育数字化转型新要求;四是推进管理与服务数字化转型,促进治理体系与治理能力现代化;五是加强数字化基础支撑条件,打造职业教育数字化新生态;六是健全数字化体制机制,保障数字化转型有序开展。Digital transformation has become an important element of vocational education modernization and a focal point of many.Driven by relevant national policies and reform projects,the digital transformation of vocational education has gained remarkable achievements,including the improvement of digital infrastructure,the innovation of teaching and learning models empowered by information technology,the development of teachers’digital teaching skills,obvious developments of digital governance system and governance model,as well as the optimization of the digitalization system and mechanism.The digital transformation of vocational education in the new era,however,stills faces many challenges,for example,the low learning skills and motivation of students,the need to enhance the integration between information technology and teaching,the emergancy of updating the connotation and level of teachers’digital teaching ability,the requirement of improving data-driven management and service,the continuous demand for digital suppor,and the enhancement of digitalization system and mechanism.Therefore,vocational education needs to take a series of measures to improve the development level of digital transformation during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,including strengthening the strategic understanding of the digital transformation,establishing a rational development concept of the digital transformation,and developing effective and applicable strategies for the digital transformation.Among them,the key tasks and measures of the digital transformation cover six aspects:Firstly,it shall reshape the concept of technological learning in the information age and establish the concept of lifelong learning;secondly,it shall innovate the teaching mode and promote the digital transformation of teaching in an all-round way;thirdly,it shall enhance teachers’innovative ability in digital teaching to meet new requirements;fourthly,it shall promote the digital transformation of management and service,while enhancing the modernization of go
