中小学教师职业道德失范的现状及对策研究

摘  要:师德建设一直都是学校关注的重点话题,教师是否具备良好的师德素养,直接关系到教育工作的健康开展,也关系到学生的健康成长。目前部分中小学教师队伍的师德建设落实得不够到位,教师的职业道德发展水平并不高。文章主要探讨中小学教师职业道德失范的相关现象,并提出一些有益于提升师德建设水平的建议,希望可以提高中小学教师的职业道德素养,让中小学教师承担起自己的教学职责,遵守各项职业道德准则,真正发挥自己教书育人的作用,促进中小学生的健康发展。The construction of teachers'ethics has always been a key topic of concern for schools.Whether teachers have good teachers'ethics is directly related to the healthy development of education and the healthy growth of students.At present,the construction of a few of teachers'ethics in primary and secondary schools is not fully implemented,and the development level of teachers'professional ethics is not high.The article mainly discusses the related phenomena of the professional ethics anomie of primary and secondary school teachers,and puts forward some suggestions that are beneficial to improving the construction level of teachers'ethics,hoping to improve the professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers,let primary and secondary school teachers assume their teaching responsibilities,abide by various professional ethics standards,truly play their role in teaching and educating people,and promote the healthy development of rural primary and secondary school students.
