摘  要:经济社会的进步,推动了我国各个行业的发展,最具代表性的就是教育行业,以技师院校烹饪专业教学为例,越来越多的教师开始关注学生创新能力的培养,以在促进学生全面发展的同时,提升烹饪专业的教学质量。基于此,文章从烹饪专业的相关概述出发,分析技师院校烹饪专业教学中学生创新能力培养的重要意义,阐述当前技师院校烹饪专业教学面临的困境,并提出技师院校烹饪专业教学中学生创新能力培养的有效策略。The economic and social progress has promoted the development of various industries in China,the most representative of which is the education industry.Taking the teaching of cooking specialty in technician colleges as an example,more and more teachers begin to pay attention to the cultivation of students'innovation ability,so as to promote the overall development of students and improve the teaching quality of cooking specialty.Based on this,the article starts from the relevant overview of cooking specialty,analyzes the significance of cultivating students'innovation ability in the teaching of cooking specialty in technician colleges,expounds the difficulties faced in the teaching of cooking specialty in technician colleges,and puts forward effective strategies for cultivating students'innovation ability in the teaching of cooking specialty in technician colleges.
